These Terms govern your use of Briq (the "Service"), including the Briq website, dashboard, and Chrome extension. By accessing or using Briq, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Briq helps teams record browser bug sessions and re-test fixes faster. Depending on your use, Briq may capture:

  • Tab recording data
  • User interaction steps
  • Console logs and network requests
  • Replay metadata (for example recording ID, title, timestamps)

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Briq lawfully and responsibly, including by:

  • Recording only systems and data you are authorized to test
  • Obtaining any required internal or legal consent before recording
  • Not capturing sensitive personal or regulated data unless you are permitted to do so
  • Following your company security and compliance policies

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Briq to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Record data without proper authorization
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
  • Use Briq for malicious surveillance or data exfiltration

6. Third-Party Platforms

Briq depends on third-party platforms such as Chrome and authentication/email infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or technical limits imposed by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Briq and related branding, software, and documentation are owned by Briq or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

8. Beta and Availability

Briq may be offered in beta. Features can change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Briq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
